Ceiling Framework Installation: Installation works across Levels 10–11 are currently at 30% completion.
Wall & Ceiling Surface Preparation: Surface preparation works on Level 12 have reached 20% completion.
Wall & Floor Tiling: Tiling works across Levels 11–12 are currently at 30% completion.
Water Supply Pipe Installation: Water supply pipe installation on Level 6 has reached 30% completion.
Electrical Installation: Switch, socket and back-box installation works on Level 16 are currently at 20% completion.
Air-Conditioning Installation: Indoor AC unit installation on Level 10 has progressed to 70% completion.
Floor Screeding & Leveling: Floor screeding and levelling works on Level 8 are currently at 10% completion.
Bathroom Waterproofing: Waterproofing works on Level 9 have reached 70% completion.
Exterior Wall Finishing: Exterior wall surface finishing works from Levels 13–18 are currently at 20% completion.
Basement Wall Finishing: Basement wall surface finishing works have reached 40% completion.
Bathroom Drainage Installation: Bathroom drainage pipe installation across Levels 2–8 has progressed to 80% completion.
