Journey to the Handover – Episode 07

Another month of steady progress as Bayfancy Residence moves closer to completion.

- Plastering Works: All plastering works have now been fully completed.
- Electrical & Drainage Works: Electrical and drainage pipeline installation works have progressed up to Level 6.
- Staircase Finishing: Putty application and surface preparation works are currently underway in the staircase areas.
- Internal Infrastructure & Conduit Works: Electrical conduits, water pipes, and switch/socket point installations have been fully completed from Level 8 through Level 15.
- Floor Screeding & Waterproofing: Cement-mortar floor levelling and bathroom waterproofing works have been fully completed from Level 11 through Level 15.
- Ceiling Installation: Ceiling works from Level 13 through Level 15 have reached 90% completion.
- Wall & Floor Tiling: Wall and floor tiling works from Level 13 through Level 15 have reached 85% completion.
- Air Conditioning Installation: Indoor AC unit installation has been fully completed from Level 11 through Level 15.
- Putty & Wall Finishing: Putty application and white-coat finishing works from Level 13 through Level 15 have reached 80% completion.
