- External Plastering Works: External wall plastering works have achieved a major milestone, reaching 100% full completion.
- Internal Plastering Works: Internal wall plastering works have been successfully completed from Level 3 all the way up to Level 18. Plastering works have now commenced on Level 2, currently standing at 10% completion.
- Internal Infrastructure & Conduit Works: Electrical conduits, plumbing pipes, and all switch/socket point installations have been fully completed from Level 8 through Level 15.
- Electrical Box Embedment: Switch and socket back-box embedding (pre-embedment) works have been successfully completed on Levels 3, 4, 6, and 7.
- Air Conditioning Installation: Indoor AC units have been successfully installed and mounted on Levels 14 and 15.
- Floor Screeding & Waterproofing: Floor cement-mortar screeding and comprehensive bathroom waterproofing works have been fully completed on Levels 14 and 15.
- Tiling & Flooring Progress: Floor tiling work on Level 15 is progressing rapidly, currently standing at 60% completion.
- Ceiling Installation: Ceiling framing and preparation works on Level 15 have reached 50% completion.
