Journey to Handover - Episode 05

• Internal wall plastering works have been completed on Levels 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17

• Internal wall plastering works are currently ongoing on Level 6 with 50% completion, while Level 5 has reached 15% completion

• External wall plastering works have reached 80% overall completion

• Electrical and plumbing installation works have been completed on Levels 12, 13, 14 & 15

• Floor screeding and preparation works on Levels 14 & 15 have reached 90% completion

• Ceiling preparation and installation works on Levels 14 & 15 have reached 20% completion

• Electrical outlet and switch preparation works have been completed on Levels 3, 4, 6 & 7.

This update reflects the steady, methodical progress of Bayfancy Residence as we move through key structural and service milestones. Each stage is planned and executed in sequence to maintain quality, coordination, and construction discipline.
